The hotel is located between the City Center and some bohemian neighborhoods, providing a good balance. The rooms were generally great and clean, but the beds were too soft for our liking. The service was excellent overall, though there were issues with producing statements. The location was convenient with various amenities nearby, despite occasional taxi difficulties. The dining experience was okay, though not exceptional. In terms of facilities, there were mixed feelings.
The hotel's rooms, while smaller than those in the USA, are clean, well laid out, and feature large beds and excellent showers, meeting the standard of other Ibis hotels worldwide. The location is a standout feature, situated between the City Center and vibrant neighborhoods like Lastarrias, offering easy access to various places. However, the dining experience was lacking, with coffee shortages and better options found at nearby cafes. The hotel does provide standard services but fell short on producing invoices promptly and assisting with credit cards.
